Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Ask Meeting does not store or have access to your credit card information.

Meeting Recordings

Uploaded meeting recordings are stored securely and processed to enable question answering. We do not sell, share, or use your recordings for any purpose other than providing the Service. Recordings may be retained for a limited time to allow follow-up questions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., payment processing, cloud storage, AI processing).

Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your data, including uploaded recordings, by contacting support@meetingask.com

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
