By using Ask Meeting (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms.

What Ask Meeting Is

Ask Meeting allows you to upload meeting recordings and ask questions about their content. We use AI to analyze recordings and provide timestamped answers to help you find specific moments without rewatching entire meetings.

Accuracy & Limitations

Answers provided by Ask Meeting are generated using AI and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. The Service is intended to assist in navigating meeting content, not to replace careful review when accuracy is critical.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded recordings. By uploading content, you grant Ask Meeting permission to process, store, and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the recordings you submit.

Credits & Payments

  • New accounts receive 5 free questions.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packages.
  • Each question uses 1 credit. Credits never expire.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. You must have proper authorization to upload and process any meeting recordings, including consent from participants where required. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

Ask Meeting is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated answers or decisions made based on those answers.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
